    What the hell does it mean in the changelog where it says:

    Improved Validation system updated to support content-regulated network environment.

    I guess it means that it now supports content-regulated network environments...

    Probably just something to do with tmpgencs internet validation code, so I don't think you need to update anything if the validation works fine for you.
