I am trying to find out if there is a way to add TEXT to a VCD so that way when you play it on a DVD Player ( PC or the Home ) it will show you in the display that TEXT. That way when you are playing a VCD & want to show which episode it is for example, you could then use the TIME/TEXT feature, also would this be possible to show the TEXT in the Title feature of the Power DVD?

Not on VCD's, but you could use a menu, and have a still picture pop up just before each plays -
