For the uninformed, "friendly" error messages were invented by/for Internet Exploder.
Netscape until version 7.2 and Seamonkey until version 1.1.3 did not use them.
And BTW, as the entire rest of the world already knows, many (if not most)
native speakers of English usually are veeeeeery *slow-minded*... -
What's wrong with getting an error message that actually means something?
