I wasnt sure if to post this under Video Conversion or Subtitle. Because it had to do with conversion and subtitles. But anyway, heres my problem.

I downloaded an anime movie in MKV format. I managed to extract the video (H264), 2 audio tracks (AAC) and subtitle (.ASS) using MKVExtractGUI. Since ConvertXtoDVD doesnt support the fancy fonts and colors of the subtitle. I wanna keep the subtitle format. I dont want to convert it to .SRT. I wanna hardcode the subtitles and then convert it to DVD with the 2 audio tracks. Bottom line, I just want to convert it to DVD.

I have been searching high and low for a solution for this. But most guides use .SRT not .ASS. Please help.

Here's the info I got from MediaInfo if this is any help:

  2. Have you tried DVD Santa? I think it converts MKV to DVD while hardcoding the subtitles.
