So, the other day i downloaded the dvd Tiesto Elements of life. I got the files all in .vob format. theres alot of different files. My question is how do i convert these files to something i can view on my windows media player? Ive searching the internet finding converter after anther without luck of actually converting it. I want to take that dvd and just view it on my windows media player.

Assuming you can play DVD on your system you already have all you need to play VOBs. Simply right click on the VOB, select Open With and then select Windows Media Player from the list - if it's not there use browse to find it and away you go.
However this method will only allow WMP to play them one at once
If you want the VOBs as a single file look at VOB2MPEG which will string the VOBs together to MPEG2 files without recoding - that way WMP will play the whole program end to end.
