2 quick questions about Tmpgenc DVD Source Creator 4. First how do I add selectable subs? If my srt file is the same name as my video file then it will add the subs hardcoded but I want selectable subs...... Second, it seems no matter what file I load as a source, the "resize" filter doesn't seem to do anything. I want to add overscan borders to my output and I am guessing this is the filter I need but it doesn't seem to work. Thanks.

I guess you have to switch to tmpgenc dvd author 3 if you want switchable subtitles.

I find the encoding with TDA very poor in terms audio/video sync. TDSC never fails me in that regard. TDSC is based on Tmpgeng Xpress. I'm not sure what the TDA encoder is based on? Maybe it's also Tmpgenc Xpress and i'm a total jackass??
And what about the overscan filter? Anyone? -
So the resize filter in TDSC is not used to add overscan? can someone confirm this?
