help with my converting people

right converting 4 episodes done the menu and all that spot on started it running then 5 mins into it it comes up with ffmpeg.exe has encounterd a problem and needs to close i click dont send it carrys on and runs then it does it for each episode when its finished i played it last night and i have like 50 seconds of each episode any ideas what the problem is and how i can sort it?

got a feeling its to do with my computer over heating will post the log now for it weird thing is it came up with that ffmpeg.exe has encounterd a problem and needs to close after the 1st episode but second episode it ran ok seems to of done that fine its now on 41% of episode 3 will post the log when it has all finished

just checked each episode using vlc media player 1st epiosode only has 12 mins other 3 epiosodes are spot on any ideas lookily im getting a new cumputer built this week, whats the average sort of time it shud take for this mine was like 4 hours

My current system (see specs) would probably run that project in 60-75 minutes.
