I always dreaming to get Planet Earth, so I think I will buy it along with Toshiba HD DVD player.
Also I wonder if X-Box 360 HD DVD player can interface to a computer?

In my area, Central coast California, the prices at Walmart don't reflect any change in price at all. Bluray and HD-DVD have not changed in price since November. Hd-DVD combo disks still priced higher than standard Bluray.

Futureshop had the remastered combo HD DVD Star Trek set for $29.99 over the weekend, but that's long sold out and done.

I've seen many posts stating that the XBOX HD-DVD Player can be hooked up to a PC (via USB). Ths OS might need a driver for it (depends on your setup).

FYE stores had it for $50 minus a $30 rebate (so $20, and includes the King Kong HD-DVD, and the Remote Control).

I got the Planet Earth HD-DVD Set from Amazon Wholesale (i.e. "used") for about $11.11 shipped a few weeks ago. The DVD's are great -- and look fantastic

    Regards,
    George

Thank you for that website. I have been buying lots of hddvd's from them for $9-12 each brand new. That's better than most amazon used deals.
