How can i record audio from a you tube video

Is there any easy to use sofware i can use to record audio from a streaming video,want to use it as a ringtone and put it on my ipod?

i use goldwave and record what i hear.
im not sure if its the best method but it gets the job done really easy

edit: oh, then u wanna pass it onto ur ipod- then i guess u can use a convertor or just use the programs the admin said
