Suggestions on the best video publisher for my site.

Starting up a new site and was wondering about the best video publisher/platform you guys/gals think there is. Here are a few things I would like it to have.

-Ease of use
-Encoding of multiple formats(h-264, mp4, wmv, avi, flv, mpeg-2....)
-Allow large file sizes
-Allow embedding of the video
-Works for Mac & PC
-Would like to have HD quality video
-Possible upload from mobile device, webcam, camcorder
-Subtle use of advertising (I hate waiting for a 30 second ad to finish before my video starts)
-Multi-threaded?
-Mutiple instances

I am sure there are other things I should be looking for but these seem to be necessary. If anyone has any suggestions on a publishing company I would really appreciate it. I plan on having a large amount of volume (members and videos).
