I had a few home movies on DVD that I decrypted and converted back to AVI. They were playing fine in Windows media player until I updated my PC and Media player 10, now I only hear the audio, there is no picture.
Can somebody tell me what i'm missing or what i need to download??

    any info is much appreciated,
    thanks

What video codec? If divx or xvid then install the divx codec or xvid codec or ffdshow.

Use gspot or mediainfo to identify video and audio codecs in an avi.
