I want do make a dvd out of 3 AVI Files!
Can I make this with ffmpegx?
And how?

If you want to have each AVI as a separate title, no.
If the three AVIs are all encoded exactly the same (same audio and video bitrates, same aspect ratio, same codecs, etc.), then the answer is "maybe." You need to combine the files into one AVI, then you can use ffmpegx to transcode to DVD-compliant MPEG2, and then author the result.
