edit Vob files in DVDR movies?

hello all,
I just want to know some way to edit vob files in DVD movie that contains menu and extra feature
I want to delete some scenes from that DVD movie without recoding and I want to keep the menu and other stuff
I was using TMPGEnc DVD Author3 but it takes long time and can't keep the menu so please if there are other options .... I mean I want something like VobBlanker

Nothin' wrong...... but I want another tool just for this purpose(delete scenes)
