DVDNA_KEY

Hi there,
i always get the message "DVDNA_KEY", when i try to convert a DVD in any format. All binaries are installed. Any idea??

Are you perhaps trying to convert from the DVD medium directly? You shouldn't. Select a non-encrypted VIDEO_TS folder on your hard disk for input (and use a mencoder preset for such input).
