About the only way I know of to do this is to burn your iTunes tracks to CD and then reencode them again in whatever program you use to encode your MP3s.Originally Posted by maroonx

You might also want to look at buying the music from an alternate source that offers DRM-free MP3 files, like Amazon.com. All of the major labels have signed on, and you can still use iTunes or whatever software to load it onto your MP3 player (and I certainly hope that the only reason you want to do this is because you're using iTunes because it has a better selection than the Windows-centric stores, and not some other illegal purpose).
