    I've just purchased the Audiovox PVS69701 and tried to unlock the region using the previously posted code of 3597. It doesn't appear to unlock the menu to change regions to 9. Anyone know of any chnages or if a new code is required?

    I have multiple discs from Region 4 that I want to play but need to get this player off region 1.

    Quite often, newer versions of a player have the codes locked to prevent hacking.
