RipIt4 Me: Failed to load the IFOs!!!

AnyDVD: This Video-DVD is mastered incorrectly: AnyDVD will be deactivated for this DVD.

    DVDFab HD Decrypter: Successful.

The RipIt4Me seems last resort to copy some hard-bitten Disney and Sony Pictures DVD movies, especially after the DVD Shrink 3.2 and DVDFab HD Decrypter have failed. But, this time the DVDFab HD Decrypter is capable of copy the Rush Hour 3 but the RipIt4Me can’t. It seems the copy protection from the New Line Home Entertainment is different from the Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. What’s the difference in removing/cleaning up the copy protection between the RipIt4Me and DVDFab HD Decrypter and how many common copy protections nowadays?

In addition, how to keep the selection manu to select the movie screen version if only copy two main movie titles (no other tiltles), the full and wide screen versions?

i have also seen 3-4 new movies lately where RipIt4Me fails to read the .ifo's. apparently there's some corruption going on here to foil the rippers, but DVDFab seems to do the trick.. I also have noticed Sony seems to have given up trying to protect DVD to concentrate on the new BluRay, as thier latest releases can once again be opened with DVDShrink alone.

  4. NVM, just delete this post or disregard it. I found out how to change the temp folder in DVD Fab. Found the key for it buried in the registry like most other things.

Hey All------I'm 100% new here so hope I'm not in the wrong area---I was doing a search because I couldn't rip Rush Hour 3--All 3 of my programs--DVD Fab(Crashed)--DVD Shrink(Says it can't do it) and DVD Decrypter(Just crashes) will not do the ripping. I just saw that you guys got Fab to work but wonder why it crashes mine. Is, are there any other good, yet free programs out there that you would recommend for me?? Thanks a ton and really like the info I've found here thus far-----------Ray(Wisconsin)
