im using MKVtoAVI converter 3 to convert a MKV 264 DTS..

can you tell me the best way to make the conversion?
i want the AVI with the same quality but with a different audio (AC3 for example)
but there are alot options for video and audio compressions..
can you help me choosing the best options?
