    I currently have been using animated gif's as background images on my desktops. I just use software to convert a video to an animated gif. It works pretty cool, but i wanna know if i could have more than one animated gif background at a time. Please let me know. thanks!

    Even if the mere thought about an animated desktop makes me nauseous (not to mention the computer resources such a thing would consume to no good), I guess you could use a HTML page as background, that displays the animated GIFs.

    If your computer details are accurate, I would just stick with regular wallpaper. You have the bare minimum of RAM for XP already.

    Aside from that, mats is correct. Most animated wallpaper is html or flash.
