    Hello,
    I need a dvd player, currently dell.ca has one on sale the Coby DVD277 player.

    The USB and SD card port looks like a very good feature to have, I do not need upscale cause I do not have a HD TV yet.

    So, how is this player, any good?

    Cheap garbage. Spend more and get something that will last longer than 6 months. Look on Ben's Bargains when these Coby players come up, lots of people saying they only last 1-6 months, if they work new.

    These players will fail if placed in areas with inadequate ventilation.

    So will anything with a slim package without a fan.

    The problem is most often the buyer not the player.

    That said there are better deals on commodity players than Dell is offering on this one.
