I'm using a D-terminal cable from my xbox 360 to my Monster X Capture card, and when its connected, it shows only a green screen. Sometimes I can see for a split second the xbox menu, so I'm not sure whether the problem lies with the cable or the card. I have an official D-terminal cable from Microsoft, and I've tried changing the resolutions on the xbox 360 with an hdmi cable.
The only problem is that I need the D-terminal cable to work to connect to my capture card.

Could a broken cable display only green on the screen? What causes the picture to be green?
