What are you wanting to know about frame rates?
P.S. You will get more responses if you choose a more appropriate title other than "Hello". Some members won't even look at a thread with a title like that. I would go back and edit it to say something like "Question about framerates"

Welcome to our forum!
Use the newbie / general section if you don't know where to post. Just FPS rates doesn't say where to post, it could be a fps software problem or a convert problem for example.
I'm locking this topic, continue in https://forum.videohelp.com/topic340066.html

Framerates defined in Glossary.
In North America, for TV, 23.xxx and 29.xxx are the two acceptable. I left out the decimal values as these are specified in software for you and right of the top of my head I honestly don't recall.
If you need to change framerate, there a whole bunch of issues, these are covered in numerous Guides.
Using the Search function will yield a tremendous wealth of information.
I often use the example of someone standing outside the library and asking random passers-by questions about Abraham Lincoln. You may get some accurate info, also quite likely some complete BS. However, merely by stepping inside the library and searching, you will find complete, accurate, fact-checked info about the subject.
There is no other place with more info about this subject than right here. This is the mother lode. Dive in.
You need to get your feet wet and learn to tread water before trying more complex steps. You can't learn Calculus without Algebra, and you can't learn Algebra without basic Math, and for basic Math you need to understand how numbers work. Each one builds upon the previous step. Fear not, it will make sense, eventually.
