heroglyphic type on my hard drivers right menu?

HI I just wanna ask you about something happened with me today,I suddenly turned my PC and when I right clicked my drive c in my computer the open and explore lines were heroglyphic or something like that,all my (hard) drives were the same when I right clicked on them,so what's happening.
wanna add something that I formatted my pc after that for I suspect a virus or something like that and it's still the same.

It looks like you have installed a windows update with arab characters. Maybe an automatic windows update. Check the history for the windows updates and uninstall any newly installed ones from the add/remove programs under the control panel.

If you formatted your PC, you would get nothing at all.

If you re-installed Windows, this would NOT format and if it is a repair install, no change.

The ONLY WAY you could format and see the same thing would be if you actually formatted, installed Windows, then all your other software, then lastly the latest update.

So please explain EXACTLY what you did.
