    Many all-in-one tools are based or free tools like ffmpeg, mencoder and you can then instead use free tools like SUPER.

    I wouldn't pay for it. It looks like any number of other not-so-cheap-and-nasties that will give you substandard results and very little support.

    What good software can you suggest for merging wmv or mpg and converting from wmv or mpg to dvd for a reasonable price or even free?
    Source resolution unfortunately is only 352 x 240 pixels.
