Hello all,
I have some PAL VHS videos I want to convert to DVD. The problem is, I currently live in the U.S and I don't have any PAL version VHS players. Is it possible to still convert the PAL VHS using a NTSC VHS video player with some video capture device from pinnacle without losing any video quality and color?
Thanks
Hanamachi

Nope, you're gonna need a VCR that can play PAL. There are some around, do a search for worldwide VCR or similar.

Pay somebody to convert those tapes.

Panasonic do NTSC and PAL video playback, record directly to onboard DVD, check out your dealers in the States, plenty here in the UK.
