    FYI anybody looking for a Benq drive, the Pacific Digital $25 after instant savings from Staples is a Benq 1620 according to http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?t=228871. Note Benq 1620 is 1 of a few fully functional drive replacements for LiteOn 50xx recorders according to posts I've read.

    i have this drive for a few years now and highly recommend it... not the top of the line (max 16x dvdr write speed) but it burns onto everything and overburns some

    there's much better dvd burners in the market right now but for $25.00 i'd pick one up too.
    but no staples stores in hawaii.

    It is 1 of a few fully functional burner replacements for LiteOn 50xx recorders, and I suspect it may work for 5104 too but don't know for sure.
