    Hi everyone,

    My Pioneer DV-355 DVD player keeps showing running lines on the TV screen when I power it on. Has anyone experienced this before? Are there any setting changes I need to make to stop this?

    Everything is fine once the TV is on the VCR or cable box.

    Whenever it is powered on or while playing a disc?

    Try replacing the cable(s) connecting it to the TV. Also ensure the TV and DVD player are plugged into the same electrical outlet. Aside from that, it could the DVD player or the TV.
