video convercion

hello all i just got some videos from the web there are wmv a zise of
1 mb each i want to be able to record it to a dvd with some manus
in order to watch it on tv
what do i need to do in order to uthor it what kind of convertion is needed
what software is used to doit (freebee if is possible)

Free software: dvd flick, favc, avstodvd, https://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/all-in-one-dvd-converters
and if you want it a better menu you can use guifordvdauthor,dvdstyler.

But it would be easier to use for example latest tmpgenc dvd author, convertxtodvd(very basic menu).
