MY 1999 computer with an ATI All In Wonder died and I cooked upa P4 1.7 and I need a new capture card with the following:

I dont capture TV, I just capture little video clips from my VCR (I was YouTube in 1999). Using the Video/Stero Audio RCA Cables as input. It would be nice to have an RCA set out to record stuff off the computer when needed (Teaching Microsoft Office Aps is easier If I can record me doing something to show).

But I REALLY want an FM Tuner with some sort of time shift. Something I Could set to record my favorite NPR Programs And Little Stevens Garage and just forget about then come back and have the .wav's or .mp3s Later.

The computer has a video card not on the mother board (AGP Im pretty sure) so a card that did video and capture/fm would be ok, as would a just capture/FM card.

CHEAP! Not looking to spend alot. Dont play any games so chipsets dont mean nothin to me.

Also what good free or cheap software is there for capture incase the stuff that comes with the card is crap (ATI stuff sucked).

    Thanks
    Andrew

  2. take a look here
that's what i got but if it's for fm only(or mostly)i think there are cards now which you can directly put into a usb port they are very small and look like flashcards (see what i mean)?

    there is also this one
Anyway look at their whole catalog i'm sure you'll find something
