Got this convertor last week, nothing but praise for it no problems whatsoever. I had been using Cucusoft before this what a waste of space that is. I had six one and hours of a series to convert everyone of them froze with about ten minutes to go, so i had to go back to the computer and watch them, luckily I have an external hard drive. This wonderful product ConvertXto DVD will merge up to 4 hours of video into one DVD 2 hour DVd with really good quality play back. 10 out of 10 for this.
