TMPGEnc DVD Author question

Hi all-

I just encountered a strange problem with TMPGEnc DVD Author with DIVX that I hope someone has seen before. Before burning a DVD, I get a, "the writing drive has stopped' error message. I can both play DVDs in the drive as well as burn them with Nero so I know that the drive is OK. Anyone run into this one before?

I had the same problem, I tried uninstalling and re-installing. Deleting all registry keys and re-installing. needless to say, I tried EVERYTHING, I finally updated to the latest release of DVD Author Pro and it fixed the problem. You can download it from their website. Just google "TMPGENC DVD Author Pro" and it should list their website. Good Luck.
