under scan

hi

i need to view footage that i'm capturing on a screen via composite that has an under scan facility.
however, because of size constrictions, i want to use a small flat screen, all of which that ive seen have NO under scan facility

i'd like to know if anyone knows of an interface that will site between my monitor screen and my output device that will achieve this?

As usual it comes down to paying for what you need. LCD monitors targeted to broadcast/film production usually have an underscan mode.
