    in the manual for samsung bordeaux art lcd tv it is warned not to connect hdmi in of tv to hdmi out of computer graphics card otherwise it will produce a blank screen.is it true?has anybody actually tried it out?is it the same for other lcds like sanui etc?

    It might be true if you are trying to play a HD-DVD or Blu-ray HD DVD with a graphics card that doesn't support HDCP (encryption) on the HDMI port. With unprotected material it should work fine as long as the graphics card is putting out a signal that the TV can handle. Many HDTVs don't support 1080p over HDMI, for example.
