Hello,
someone got a TMPGenc template to correctly encode a ripped .vob 16:9 stream (anamorphic) to the VCD format with the following demands:
- the ENTIRE original image must be seen on 4:3 and 16:9 tv's
- in 16:9 format the image must be (set) fullscreen while keeping aspect ratio
- in 4:3 format the image must be (set) fullscreen while keeping aspect ratio (thus NO long and thin figures or short and fat, only the original image but 'squeezed' to 4:3 format)
or with what settings do you encode your ripped .vob files?

errr.....there is not template to do such things cuz it's different for different movies.
if you wanna fit it on 4:3, then set your output video to 4:3. to make sure you keep original aspect ratio, you need to determine your source aspect ratio (either 16:9 or 4:3). also, set image positioning to fit to frame (preserve aspect ratio) or full screen (preserve aspect ratio) depending on which version of tmpgenc u have.
