ffmpegX is able to create DVDs (VIDEO_TS folders) from many different sources, but in each case ffmpegX is currently limited to outputing a video with one audio track and one subtitle track.
It would be nice if in the future, it allowed multiple audio tracks, and multiple subtitle tracks for the same video.
Note: Xvid and MKV amongst others support multiple tracks as of course do DVDs.
