Hey guys I've been ripping DVDs with Gordian Knot and encoding them to XVID for a long time. All of a sudden though, XVID just starts encoding all of the videos to a way higher bitrate then I wanted. I have it set at 1040 Kbps but when it is done I open it with Vdub and click file information and it says like 1760 Kbps, or something totally off. I tried uninstalling XVID and reinstalling it, and when I did it worked again for a little while, and then started going off again.
Weird, has anybody else experienced this?
Tim

Yeah I feel bad cause I've done all that stuff, I was hoping there were some new developments in the area.
Thanks
