    It seems when i play certain Xvid files the audio is either scrambled or just stops. The video works great. But the audio is either low and scrambled or does not play. I have re-installed my audio drivers and div x audio coded several times but this has not help.

    Open the files in g-spot and find out what audio the use. Then install the correct audio codec. Divx is for video only.
