media tagger & tags

i have existing mp3 files. tried to use media tagger to tag them. connected to the internet & it tagged them. problem is i don't seem to know how to get it to tag them so that the title of each song is visable. the title will come up when it is loaded into media player though. i did play with the tagging settings but couldn't get it to visably tag it with the title of the song

You need to rename the files for that to happen. Most tag software should allow that. I use The GodFather and name my files <title> - <artist> - <album>.MP3 and the metadata comes directly from the tag.
