  1. I try to import a .wmv file into Windows Movie Maker and on over half the files I get an error message that the file can't be imported because it's not indexed. I got the Windows Media File Editor utility that's supposed to index and then save .wmv files, but it says "file not saved" when I try and run a file through it. What do I have to do to get .wmv files indexed so they will import into Movie Maker?

  4. I downloaded asfbin and put it in a folder named asfbin in Program Files but when I double clicked asfbin.exe a box blinked and disappeared.
