i recently got pirates of the caribbean 2 in 1080p and it is about 300 megs too big to fit on a dual layer. Is there anyway to smake it a tad bit smaller to fit on a dual layer? Any info would very helpful.

Is there any way to make it smaller? Yes, but you'll have to re-encode it. If you're looking for a DVD Shrink type tool to do it easily for you, there aren't any.
