XVCD PAL Sample - Is there an alternate download site?

I'm trying to dl the "XVCD PAL Sample" from http://www.vcdpriser.dk/ and it's running at something like 1.3 kb/sec (I'm in America).

Does someone else have this file for download?

it's hopeless, I am living in the Netherlands, and we've got the same problem. It looks like all the download site for DIVX are slow.
We got the same problems in europa.
In the netherlands about 100.000 users have kabel or ADSL modem.
No telefoonbills, but 24 our free internet 256 or 512K downstream.
The download the whole day. Movies, MP3 and so on. It's slows down the net completely.
