hi, some time ago I saw here a link to a website who stamp custom dvds in minimum quantity of 100. If anyone know such sites please post the links. I would prefer asian based sites.

Could you please tell me how much does dvd stamping machine cost and where can they be bought. Actually a friend of mine works at an distance learning uni., and right now they are burning dvds.

    Thanks in anticipation.

I don't think it's practical to set up your own stamping process. The cost could be in the $100,000US or likely quite a bit more range. Most replication companies have a minimum order of 1000 discs. They can do less, but they would likely still want to charge you for 1000.

Though they don't have as high of compatibility, it would be more practical to just burn the discs in some duplicator towers.

Your part of the world should have stamping companies and some may do small quantities. Heres one link:

Here's one in China that has small quantity options: http://www.discturnkey.com/Retail-ready-dvd.ASP

If you do a Google search for 'asia DVD replication' you may find some other listings.

As I said my friend works in a govt owned distance learning inst. so price is not an issue for them.

There were stamping companies in my country but our govt. closed them down in an anti-piracy campaign.
