I use RipIt4Me, FixVTS, DVD Shrink, and DVD Decrypter ti rip and burn, but lately I have problems with such movies as Volver, The Last King of Scotland, The Queen, and Deja Vu. Any suggestions?

I had trouble too with Queen, but not with Scotland. I bypassed Ripit4 me and used the DVD Dycrypter. Here is what I found and how I did it,
I was able to rip in the Movie Only mode.
The "key" seems to be to enable the "Cycle tray after bad sectors" function in Dvd Decrypter program.
    In Dvd Decrypter, go to:
    Tools
    Settings
Be sure you are in the "General tab"
Look at the lower left section of page.
Be sure to check, "Cycle Tray After Bad Sectors".
It recycles the tray a couple of tomes but then works fine.

I prefer Anydvd running in the back ground and dvdshrink. Anydvd keeps up to date on the most recent anti copying protection schemes.

It is my understanding that ripit4me is not getting updated so anydvd might be the next big thing

Are you kidding? AnyDVD has been around since long before RipIt4Me.

And if full disc gives you problems then rip the movie only.
