PAL and NTSC DVD ?

I can't seem to get both a PAL and NTSC video onto a DVD. I've tried a few different trial softwares but all are complaining..

It is possible?

I assumed it was as I have a few DVDs that have specials in a different framerate and Res to the actual film...

Can someone enlighten me ?

is ok now.. I authored the videos separatly and merged the project files.. got me NTSC and PAL disc now.. seems to work just fine :)
