At work we are looking at buying a security camera to record the front of our office at night and on weekends so we can prevent vandalism. It sends it's video out wirelessly to an AV cable which we want to be able to plug into an old computer box of ours and record to it's hard drive. Basically we don't want to record all the time, is there are capture software that will record on a set schedule?? Also, how much hard drive space will we need to record say 90 hours of medium-low quality footage??

    Thank for any help,

There's a lot of tools listed under capture tools, haven't used it but by it's description Captureflux looks like it would fit your needs.

Not all capture programs will recognize all capture devcices/cams, the cam will probably come with its own software. If it's billed as security cam and doesn't have those features I probably look for different cam....

That's dependant on the bitrate and the length of video. Using something like WMV or Divx you can get huge amounts into a small space at some pretty decent quality. This video here is about 26MB's for a little over 7 minutes ,

Comes out to about 4 hours per gig, space isn't really problem. You will however need a half decent CPU to encode on the fly.
