    Use the CONVERT section left.
    Recently used https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=241422 for a OGM -> AVI conversion, and it worked as advertised.

    Well i tried baldricks guide using virtualdubmod came up with a error went so quick could catch what it said so tried MKVExtract gui and saw this in a dos window so cannot extract video

    Warning: The extraction of video tracks is only supported for
    : V_REAL/RVxx) and AVI compatibility tracks (CodecID: V_MS/VF
    k 1 will be skipped.
    Track ID 3 is being extracted to a AC3 file 'D:\\Track3.ac3'.

    Sounds like maybe you have an mkv containing native AVC and you are using an old mkvextract build.
