    Vdub will join the avis.
Open the first one, then under 'file' select 'append segment', select second file. Save as new complete avi.
I use Subtitle Tool to join subtitle files, change framerate, shift back or forth and so on.

The fastest/easiest way to go from avi with subtitles to DVD is with ConvertXtoDVD.
(edit:assuming you mean convert to DVD video format and not just store the larger AVI as data on a DVD)

    Hi-

Thx for your reply, very helpfull.

Vdub worked like a charm - click, click and that's it.

I used SubtitleWorkshop to join the two srt files, and used the option to recalculate time values.
Np in that, besides the secound half of the movie, the subtitles are something like half a secound delayed (So people who might read this, don't trust the function 100%) Test it before burning

I found that out after I had burned the DVD because the PC I'm using at the moment havn't got working audio, but screw that, the projeckt in whole was a success. Now I know how to join several avi files and make it a vieweble DVD(and that makes me feel like a freaking geniuses )

I wanted to try the trail version of the tool, and have a feeling that it had something to do with my PC crashing, not even sure it was that, that coused it, but after restarting my PC "new hardware found" poped up, something about PCouffin or something like that it wanted me to install.
I googled it and read somewhere that one have had the exact same prop, with his PC crashing to.

I'm using it's free littlebrother DivxToDVD and it's working, thx for the the hint though.

    Thx allot m8.

    Cheers!
