how to Improve the quality of a gig i recorded?

Yo all

I went to a gig. And yes its fine with the band, they are local, i know them and they let me record their shows.

I have one recording and i wondered if there are any things i can do to tidy it up, make it better quality?

Its a WAV File

I recorded using my MP4 player - Archos 404. I just used the inbuilt mic function it had. Just put it in my back pocket and got on with the show

You could try the freeware audio editor Audacity. It will accept WAV format. It has quite a few filters available you can experiment with. Whether you can improve it depends on what problems it has and the quality of the recording you have to work with. But it's a freeware program and you have little to lose except a little time.
