2-cd sub to dvd

I downloaded a movie in avi format, parts 1 and 2, with their respective subtitles. I encoded the avi files with Nero Vision 4 and now I've got the VIDEO_TS folder with the menu and the DVD movie within. How can I add the 2 .sub to those VOB files to burn later the movie with the subtitles on a DVD?

It is not an easy task, although it could be done following this:

It would be better if you start tu use ConvertXtoDVD, if you wish to convert avi with subtitles to DVD. The subtitles should be in srt format.
