It's even funnier when you see it done for real in a Pub 20 years ago.
Especially when the patsy thinks he's won cos the opponent gave up cos he was crying with laughter, and the sucker starts saying "I knew I'd won it when I saw tears in his eyes..." lol

Another Pub Classic was "Get the coin off your forehead"
Press a small coin onto your forehead, then bang your chin on the table/bar until it falls off. Then challenge someone to do the same.
Then press the coin onto their forehead, but don't leave it there - just conceal it in your hand. It feels like the coin's still there to them.
If the guy is really gullible, he'll bang away with his chin on the bar for ages.
You can slip him a bit of Secret Advice
"The Secret is... to raise your eyebrows to loosen the coin..."
Then you might be rewarded with a guy banging his chin pointlessly on the Bar while pulling funny faces

"Whenever I need to "get away,'' I just get away in my mind. I go to my imaginary spot, where the beach is perfect and the water is perfect and the weather is perfect. The only bad thing there are the flies. They're terrible!" Jack Handey

Another pub fav was to tell someone you could predict thier future. What they had to do was roll a quarter down their face and drop it on a piece of paper - with a pencil, the person draws a circle around the coin and repeats. The drawing of the circle would put carbon around the edge of the coin then it would be painted onto their face. (Obviously you claim you can read the fortune by the arrangement of the circles)

Really funny to see how many black lines they put on their face before they realize what the joke is.
